UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM

The mission of the Department of Aerospace Engineering is to educate students and to do research in aerospace sciences, including analysis, design, manufacturing and testing of air and space flight vehicles, in order to contribute to the economic progress and welfare of the society.

The basic undergraduate program is designed to equip the student with basic physicomathematical sciences in the first year; with basic engineering courses in the second year, and with the aerospace engineering courses in the remaining two years, The program comprises various summer training programs and laboratory work at every level of the education. Successful students are awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace Engineering at the end of the program.

The B.S. program in Aerospace Engineering is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
