Dear Yurdanur

I have sad news. Piggott died on Tuesday 20 May in Cambridge aged 93. The funeral will be on Friday 6 June at 11:30 in the East Chapel of Cambridge Crematorium to be followed by a 2 hr cruise on the "Georgina" with a buffet. The Georgina is moored on the Cam in the city.

I have drafted something with John Dudeney to send out on the various academic networks below but thought you may like to hear the news ahead of time.
